The 2025 New Hampshire Conference Clergy Compensation Guidelines have been prepared by our Clergy Support Ministry Team and approved by the Conference Board of Directors. There are only two substantive updates from what was in the 2024 Compensation Guidelines to the 2025 version:
The recommended minimum cash salary for a full-time position has been increased by 2.64% to account for cost of living (COLA). The new minimum cash salary is $47,113.
The fair rental value figures by county that are provided in the appendix have by updated to 2024 data provided by rentdata.org. In many cases the fair rental value increased, however, in one county the fair rental value decreased.
