History:   The Association Capacity Task Force (ACTF) formed in the fall of 2022 in response to requests from many of our associations for assistance to continue functioning effectively with limited volunteers.

Goal:  Evaluate and recommend improvements to the current Association organization and structure to more effectively meet association responsibilities and continue to support our local churches and clergy.

Recommendation:  Vote to implement “Conference Acting as Association model” by each association in the New Hampshire Conference to form the Granite State Association.
