Rev. William Borrer

William “Bill” Borror is an ordained minister currently serving as pastor of the First Congregational Church of Manchester VT. He has previously pastored churches in Texas, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. As a non-profit consultant, Bill has resourced organizations and churches throughout the United States and abroad. As an adjunct professor, he has taught at Palmer Theological Seminary, New Brunswick Theological Seminary and the Won Buddhist Institute and the Southwest Association (Vermont Conference UCC) pastors training program. Bill is the co-host of the New Persuasive Words podcast.
